With impressive efficiency: A Heuft boiler, designed for 50 m2 baking area, with a daily baking time of five hours and a boiler utilization of 50 percent, can “recycle” around 90 kWh of energy. This corresponds to the amount of energy that a large detached house needs for heating and hot water preparation. There is never any danger of overheating: If the buffer tank is already completely heated, the exhaust gases are automatically led past the finned tubes of the heat exchanger.
