FOR 200 - 1000 KG PRE-DOUGH


Individual production of yeast predough, wheat and speltsourdough. This single-walled compact plant for all wheat pastes ≥ TA 200-250 and all wheat sourdoughs ≥ TA 220-250 is available in various sizes with net contents of 200, 300, 500 and 1000 kg of dough as required.

A special feature of the DOUGHEXPERTS wheat plant is the special agitator for quick, lump-free mixing.

Thanks to variable fermentation times and flexible stirring intervals, specially selected fermentations can be used up to twice a day, also for completely different pre-doughs. An All-rounder which can produce up to 2 tons of pre-dough per day (W 1000 Ecoline) in the smallest possible space.

In addition, the RW 500 and RW 1000 Ecoline can be used to produce a wide variety of rye sourdoughs.
