At BVT Dough Process Solutions, part of the Verhoeven Bakery Equipment Family, we offer custom-made processing solutions for the industrial production of your soft granola bars and crunchy cereal bars.

Our production lines are tailored to your industrial bakery needs and take into account, among others, available space, line requirements, product variety and product quality.


The bar mass is collected straight from the mixer and brought to the start of the BVT process line. Depending on the final product, you can utilize systems based on the warm or cold process to create the desired sheet of bar mass for high-capacity production. After the mass is sheeted, you can incorporate various process steps. Think about the addition of wafer paper, and/or cooling tunnels to harden a glucose-based mass.
