This container for transport and storage for sour dough / dough with dough yields of

  • ≥ 220 when using flour

  • ≥ 250 when using whole wheat flour or meal

or for cold-, hot-, brewsoakers and AromaStück® with dough yields of

  •  ≥ 300 when using flour

  •  ≥ 400 when using short and whole grains

is available with a net content of 600 l.
